- 근로자의 건강증진을 위하여 직장 내 문화 및 환경을 건강친화적으로 조성하고, 근로자가 자신의 건강관리를 적극적으로 수행할 수 있도록 교육, 상담 프로그램 등을 지원하는 것을 말한다.
