- 특발성 비특이성 간질성 폐렴은 특발성 간질성 폐렴 환자 중 일부에서 병리학적으로 통상 간질성폐렴(UIP), 박리성 간질성 폐렴(DIP), 특발성 기질화 폐렴(COP), 급성 폐장염(AIP) 중어느 유형으로도 분류할 수 없는 특징적인 소견을 가진 간질성 폐렴을 말한다.
