"자락부항법"이란부항과 사혈을 동시에사용하는 부항요법으로 소독한 피부에 먼저 피부침으로 두드리거나, 혹은 삼릉침이나 납작한작은 칼로 얕게 찔러 피를 뽑아낸 후에 부항을 뜨는 종합적인 치료법이다.
