압류

- 국가권력으로 특정한 재산이나 권리를 사인이 처분하지 못하게 하는 행위로서 「국세징수법」 상의 압류는 체납처분의 1단계로 체납자의 특정재산의 처분을 제한하는 처분을 말한다.
