방계혈족
- Description
- 형제자매 및 형제자매의 직계비속(조카 등), 직계존속의 형제자매(삼촌, 고모, 이모 등)와 직계존속의 형제자매의 직계비속(사촌 등)을 말한다. 「국민연금법」 상 방계혈족이 국민연금수급자로 되는 경우는 사망일시금이 유일하며 이 또한 사망자와의 생계유지 관계가 인정되는 4촌 이내의 방계혈족에 한하고 있다.
