후견인
- Description
- 미성년자 등 법률행위가 제한되는 자를 보호하기 위한 제도로서 후견인은 이들의 재산을 관리하고 법률행위를 대리한다. 후견인은 1.친권자의 유언에 의해 정해지는 지정후견인과 2.법원에서 선임하는 선임후견인으로 나누어진다.
