소멸시효 중단
- Description
- 소멸시효의 진행이 청구, 압류, 가압류, 가처분, 승인에 의해 중단되는 것을 말한다. 시효가 중단되면 중단까지 경과한 시효기간은 산입하지 아니하고 중단사유가 종료한 때로부터 다시 새로이 소멸시효가 진행된다.
